Vision, Mission & Values

Vision: 

Glorifying God through planting the Bible-based healthy churches throughout Nepal. 

Mission: 

We respond to God’s call by, 

• Discipleship: The mission of every church is found in the command of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:18-20. Therefore, we respond the call of God by making disciples in and out of the churches. 
• Raising leaders & planting churches: We seek raise leaders within the local churches to make a church healthy or to produce another healthy churches. 

Values: 

• Relationship: We are committed to fostering a healthy relationship among our churches and leaders. 
• Accountability: We do not work in silo but among the other like-minded ERCN churches. It is biblical and healthy practice when we are bound to each-other in accountability. What we do and how we do is apparent to each other. We give accountability to our churches and to God in our missions. 
• Equipping:  ERCN seeks to equip disciples, leaders and churches to multiply disciples, leaders, and churches. 
• Bible-based: As we do ministry together, we measure our work, success, and even methods to see if they are biblically right. The Bible is the only measuring standard.
